Joseph brings a first-hand understanding of the immigration experience — he helped his wife immigrate from Portugal, he lived and studied in Germany on a student
visa, and he is currently pursuing Portuguese citizenship. That perspective
shapes every case strategy: not just what the law allows, but what the path
forward actually looks like for real people with real stakes.

He graduated first in his class from law school and earned a Bachelor’s in Geography and a Master’s in German. His practice is deliberately narrow: high-skill visas, business immigration, and permanent residence pathways where strategy at every stage determines the outcome.
