Sofía Orchansky is an Argentinian Attorney and Law Clerk with experience in employment-based U.S. immigration, advising clients on petition strategy, case development, and long-term immigration planning.
Sofía holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Cardozo School of Law in New York. Having sat for the July 2026 New York State Bar Exam, she is on her way to becoming a licensed attorney in the United States. Her practice is dedicated to employment-based immigration, with particular focus on EB-2 National Interest Waivers (NIW), assisting high-skilled professionals navigating strategic pathways to the United States.
Her work in immigration is backed by prior law firm experience handling both employment-based and family-based petitions, as well as a foundational background in civil litigation and real estate, where she developed a meticulous approach to evidence gathering, regulatory analysis, and client advisory. Combining her civil law training from Argentina with her advanced studies in New York, she brings a strong cross-border perspective to building compelling, strategy-driven cases.
Drawing on this dual legal background, Sofía works closely with our U.S. attorneys to guide clients through every stage of the immigration process, providing consistent guidance, thorough petition preparation, and dedicated support from initial onboarding through final petition approval.
